Windows Server 2003 won't Install on ASUS Motherboard

I have a ASUS XG-DLS motherboard with dual Xeon 500 Mhz (BIOS ver 1013), 1 Gb SDRAM (Kingston) and 20Gb IDE HDD and I want to install Windows 2003 Server on it. Has anybody done this succesfully? In my case, the installation hangs right after it says "Windows is loading the files ...". Windows 2000 server installs just fine, with no errors. I've tried both upgrade from Win2k and clean install and no luck.

Windows 2003 has THE worst driver support i've ever seen - and i've worked with a lot of linux distro's...
Try browsing around for specific Win2003 drivers because there are sometimes different ones...

I daresay its tripping over the fact you've got 2 processors - but as a server OS it makes you wonder why MS bother...

I've tried to get ASUS specific, W2K3 Server drivers but haven't found any. Are there any specific sites you would recommend?
I've concluded that this motherboard cannot be upgraded to W2K3. Please close this question.
I think it would be a lot easier to have a direct link here to the 'Community' so you can close your own question if it is not answered or you answer it yourself. I have not been able to easily post to the 'Community' to close two of my questions.
That has to be decided by moderators to stop people abusing the points system.

I've just tried to have a fresh look on asus's site but their search function is down.
