how to adapt SB Live! Drive to Audigy 2 card

I own an SB Live! Platinum which included a 5.25 breakout drive bay insert that contains extra jacks like midi, headphones, spdif, mic input etc. this feature is great and I have used it extensively.

Recently I purchased a SB Audigy2 ZS that seems to have the connector for the Breakout drive insert, but it appears that the pin-outs have changed. I would like to gain some of the functionality of the breakout drive on my new audigy.

Does someone know either where I can find information on the pin-outs of the SB Live Platinum & SB Audigy2 - or any other proposed solutions that would allow me to continue to utilize my "Live! Drive" on my new Audigy2.

Thanks!
