Hi:

I have installed exchange enterprise 2003.  It has been up and running with only a slight problem;  attachments that are bigger than 2MB are being rejected.  No policies have been setup to drop attachments at all.  How can I fix this problem please?

You've probably checked this but ...

Exchange System Manager -> Global Settings -> Message Delivery
If you bring up properties of "Message Delivery", and click on "Defaults", there you will see "Sending message size" and "Receiving message size".

There are three possible places where message delivery restrictions are specified - check the SMTP Virtual server, User Account
and Global settings.

I've seen this issue floating around so I'll definitely try to find some more info ..
