Reset Maintenance count on HP 4100 MFP

Hi EE, I have just changed the maintenance kit on a 4100MFP but cant seem to figure out how to set the maintenance count.  Any ideas?

try this..

At the printer control panel, press and hold down the left side of the Item and -Value+ buttons while turning the printer on.

Release the buttons on the control panel when RESET MAINT COUNT appears in the display.


to ensure that it has worked just pritn a config page..
