Auto empty Mailbox on Exchange

hello.

There is any way to auto empty an exchange mailbox after one day or so ?
I need to be able to empty totally the mailbox of an user or autoempty a public folder without using Outlook.
Is there any tool out there or script or maybe some batch job ??

Mailbox manager will do this for you.

You can see Mailbox Manager in the following way:

ESM, Recipient Policies. Right click on Default Policy and choose "Change Property Pages". Enable "Mailbox Manager Settings".
Then right click on Default Policy again and choose Properties. You should have a new tab "Mailbox Manager".

However you are going to have to create a new Policy for the mailboxes that you want to delete the messages from, otherwise it will affect all users.
