what a loaded question !

do you want to know what software you can use to do this yourself ?

or do you want a list of providers that offer online templates to get you started ?

I do not know what level of web design knowledge you already have, so I'm assuming nothing other than you purchased a domain and need to design a website. The basic language for designing a website is HTML. I was teaching an HTML class over 5 years ago and used to recommend the following site to my introductory students: http://www.annabella.net/html.html I just checked, and it is still up and running. That is a great place to start.

Also, there are many graphic user interfaces (GUIs) that help you "drop and drag" the design of your site, use templates (very generic) and other assorted goodies. However, I recommend learning the basic HTML tags because it will give you much more control over the final project and allow you to make adjustments as necessary. Any basic text editor (vi for Linux / Notepad for Windows) is good enough to make .html files for your site. Of course, it you are in a hurry, GUI at will.

After you learn the basics of HTML, you may also want to visit: http://www.htmlgoodies.com/ It is another site I used to send my students to. It has changed compared to 5 years ago, but it is still a good resource.

Sorry if all of this advice was too basic and you were asking for something else.
