Load Balancing Options

I'm looking to load balance two IIS 6 boxes. Does anyone have any recommended solutions? Hardware based? Software based? How are the two sites synconised?

Cool, I was just looking at that.

What is setup like?

At the moment, it will only be used with two servers.

How you do you replicate your data between the servers?

How is the farm setup?

We let the Server Admins do the load balancing - so I'm only involved as far as getting them on the network goes.  However, their SNMP driven and they have a little gui of  the box with drop downs and everything.  Seem fairly easy to configure.
