In my Symantec Corp edition, this file will not delete.
The actule error in Quarantine is: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009' subcript out of range '[number:0]' /Quarantine.asp. line 146

I uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.
My research is pointing to my SQL server and the editing of the data base. I don't know !
Why is it in Symantec, and why won't it delete

Help !!!
Pre Thanks

The sytem loops back to origenal error as soon as any file is placed in the Quarantine folder.
So.... I deleted all in the folder first, and uninstalled the program, then reinstalled and ran a scan, and the dang thing came back.
Still at square one.

If anyones intrested the solution to the error wond up being :
Reset Antivirus Messaging Service (AMS)

Error resolved after I stopped and then restarted the service under the Symantec Console.
This was either a feature or PFM not sure witch.

Thanks to all for the input.

I previously wrote an article addressing the use of UBCD4WIN and SARDU. All are great, but I have always been an advocate of SARDU. Recently it was suggested that I go back and take a look at Easy2Boot in comparison.
