I have created a web service for a pocket pc and I would like to see the soap header xml to see what I am passing in.

I am passing a username and password through a class and I want to make sure in the xml it is not showing the username and password

check this out http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpref/html/frlrfSystemWebServicesProtocolsSoapExtensionClassTopic.asp you can use soapextensions to handle this. I forget if the compact framework has everything here or not but it should atleast be very close to what you need.
