Mandrake 10.0 Can't Remember how to access the box.

Howdy All, I had a sendmail server set up on Mandrake 10.0 been a few months since I have used it and I can't remember how to get into it.  Here is what I do remember:

I used to remote access through my browser to set up new mail accounts and such but I can't remember what link I used.  I know the address of the box but when I browse to that I get a generic info page for apache and linux instead of a logon screen for sendmail manager.

Also, being a complete linux idiot I have another quick question (will split 100 of the points for the answer to this 1):

How do I launch the kmenu gui from the command line, when I log onto the box it doesn't load a gui by default and I can't remember how to launch it manually once logged in.

Thank in advance, Eric
