Outlook 2000 Filtering Outgoing email

How do i filter outgoing email in Outlook 2000?  I want to be able to put sent emails in certain folders after they have been sent.

Create rules .
Go to tools --> rules wizard
click on NEW
click on Start from Blank rule  and then check messages after sending
and proceed to move the emails you want to a specified folder and then run the rule
