Blue screen again...
on shutdown.. i get this: VWIN32(05) + 000012D0 ERROR: 0E : 0028 : C02A44A8

iT WOULD be great if someone could point me in the right direction..

The error may indicate that you have a program running that is interefering. Frist shut down all programs before shutting down. It the problem desists then isolate which program is the problem.

Sir CrazyOne - didn't realize the above links were provide by you and after reviewing them I suspewct that my problems are related to Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2: my ME shotdown problems started pretty much after that.  How do I roll SP2 back?
