I need to find the input voltage and amperage for the US Robotics 5686-03 external modem.  I am about to purchase one on EBay and cannot find these specs.  I also believe I will need a 25 to 9 pin serial cable.  Is this correct?

I have no need for this question any more, but if someone can answer it I will accept the answer just so it will be in the PAQs for someone else.

I actually ended up purchasing a 0459 model with cable and power.  The output on that one is 9vAC and 1000mA
