E-Mail header hiding
Dear Experts,
I m using Outlook2000 as the mail client. Now when i send mails, i get my display name amended to my address, for e.g, "My_Name [My_Name@My_Domain.com]", when the reciepient view my mail. What if i want the reciepient to only view the address and not my name information.

where in the exchange server, the link doen not contain the info i want, i just want my e-mail address to be sent and not the my name
You need to contact the administrator.

Sir, this link specifies how to change the display name, may be you havent undestood my querry. what i want is, when i sent a mail from outlook, it goes to the reciepient, and the reciepient should not be able to know my display name, i.e only my e-mail address should be specified in the "from feild" when he is vieing my mail in his mal editor.

I did understand your question perfectly. Since it is an exchange server , I was trying to get links that would help you as I donot have one and cannot test it ..
