FLASH UPLOAD SYSTEM

Hello!
I need an FLASH UPLOAD SYSTEM where I have BROWSE and UPLOAD fields, to upload files but I need this in flash.And the programming(backend) in ASP.
The solution if its without use of frames would be excellent.

Can anybody please help me out.Its very urgent.
