Blank ACL

I have a directory with blank ACL (no NTFS permissions at all)... which mean i can not access or wirte to this directory in any way at all...

How can i add ACL's to this directory so to give me access?

If the folder is empty you should be able to boot in safe mode command prompt and nuke it.

If not, look for a tool called SUBINACL.  You can force ACLs back onto the object.
