I have Tomcat running as my webserver. I now want to combine my JSP pages with ASP pages. I was just wondering if I could run my ASP pages off my Tomcat server or do I need to configure the IIS server with the Tomcat server.

You need IIS server to execute ASP pages and you can use mod_jk to connect from IIS to Tomcat for JSP pages.
http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.1-doc/config/jk.html
At the bottom of page you will see how to configure mod_jk for working with IIS and Tomcat
