Hi dmulay,

Things that would be helpful in this case are:
Do you get a BSOD?
At what time do you receive this error?
What's the exact error message?
Did you change anything prior to getting this error?

The only thing I can suggest at the moment is a repair installation of win2k

Greetings,

LucF
