My router has a built in client that works with www.dyndns.org.  On that link, DynSite is a good client for windows pc's.  ddclient is what you would want to run on the suse box if you dont have a windows pc to run DynSite on.  If your ISP does not block port 80, you can run the web server on port 80.  Otherwise you will need to run it on another port such as port 81.

All you would need to do is set up a dyndns client on the suse box and create an account on www.dyndns.org.  They have many domains to pick from.  A list of clients that you can install cab be found here:

http://www.dyndns.org/services/dyndns/clients.html

I myself have one set up to be able to access my computers at home.
