How globally change "Do not archive items in this folder" to the default setting in Outlook 2003

All of my numerous Outlook folders are set to "Do not archive items in this folder".
I want all of the folders configured to instead use the default setting so that I can then go in and change a few folders back to "Do not archive items in this folder"

I want to "Archive all folders according to their archive settings" and I don't want to have to manually reset the NUMEROUS folders one at a time to use the default setting.

Using "Include items with 'Do not archive' checked" will not work for me as I have folders that I truly do NOT want to archive (and I don't want to have to copy/move them around manually either).

Hoping someone can save me a lot of time...

Can this help ?

Description of the AutoArchive feature in Outlook 2003

You may want to set autoarchive and see what you get going to properties of each folder
