Recently introduced a Compaq StorageWorks Modular Data router to a clustered environment. The Modular Data router is connected to a StorageWorks Fibre Channel Arbitrated Loop switch. The two servers are also networked directly to the same switch.

The cluster works with the switch, but as soon as I connected the Modular Data Router (MDR) to switch, the two servers begin running a new device wizard, asking for a SCSI Device driver. The only thing I can find on the internet is the firmware for the router.
Anyone know where I can locate this SCSI device driver, or point out something I missed with trying to introduce this device into the cluster?

The servers are Compaq DL380 G1 PIII using Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
The switch is compaq fibre channel arbitrated loop switch (FC_AL).

Do this :

- when you plug the router, does the Cluster Still work and stay online ?

- If yes, then click Cancel on the search Device Drivers, because the Cluster won´t be needing it.

It´s annoying, but ... It´s a workaround.

Best Regards !
