Exporting selected emails from one Outlook 2003 installation to another

Hi!

Is there a way to export only selected emails from one Outlook 2003 installation and then import these into another Outlook 2003 installation?

Thank you in advance.

Hi TrueBlue,

I can think of 3 ways. there could be more

a) Export the entire outlook.pst file and then remove the folders and emails you donot want.. easiest i guess

b) create a sub folder in outlook (one installation). Move the emails you want to that folder.export that folder .. easiest there would be to transfer them to Outlook express .
open the second outlook installation and get the emails from outlook express

c) You can save the emails you want to a seperate folder using rules (if they all come from the same person or there is something common ) and then import that into second outlook installation

SR..
