does any one know of a bmp to ico converter  - multiformat

that is for free? i have downloaded heaps and all of them aint multiformat . i need to run on different os and different sizes 16x 16 25x 25 etc

The most popular program for ICO creation and editing is Microangelo. Its components allow you to edit static and animated icons and even cursors. Microangelo is Shareware and can be downloaded from:
