How do I reload email back on to my Yahoo account

Whilst setting up pop3 access to my Yahoo email account I made the mistake of not ticking the box in the advance settings on internet email dialogue box to leave a copy of messages on the server.  I have now ticked this box but cannot find a way to return my 284 messages which now reside in outlook inbox back into my Yahoo acount.  I would like to hold both a web and local version of my emails.

In addition is there a way of getting an automatic copy of what I send via Yahoo email into my outlook.   I travel alot and would like to keep record of all email sent and received via yahoo.  Currently I can only see how to dowload copies of email received into Yahoo and keep a record of emails sent via Outlook but not sent from Yahoo directly.

I can imagine this is a common problem but it is an urgent question as I am about to leave the offices on my travels and would like to access my email history whilst away.

Hi colin_willis,

You can forward these mails again to yourself or you can zip them together and upload them to your yahoo briefcase or mail them to have it in your inbox.

It is not possible to get these mails the way they were before they were downloaded
