Computer reboots when printing

Hello,
In my network (100 users), I've got one or two users that have problems when printing.
It happens with MS Office (powerpoint) document.
When the user opens it and print it, the computer (D400) reboots.
But when printing that same document with somebody else computer's (Optiplex), it works perfeclty.
Same issue with another user (Optiplex), when copying (CTRL C / CTRL V) a web page into Word, and then prints it, it reboots..
Every computer has the same ghost.
I've updated windows to SP4, installed every new patch/update I could find..

So the only frew things I need to try is to: updat the bios of that Dell D400, format everything and reinstall..
The user print over the network of course, and these are Xerox workcentre pro 32 and 40 printers.

Try and updated to the latest drivers for the printer:
Workcentre pro 32:

Workcentre pro 40:

Download the PCL and PS drivers. Try one of them and if it doesn't work, try the other

What version of Office are you using? Are you using the latest service packs for office?

THe reason was a conflict with the PS drivers and the NT4 server and the Printers...
Office has the latest pack, it did this also for Internet Explorer.
Well, the conflict is still present, as the PCL drivers cannot be used.
