Ok can you tell me what your classpath is? And in what jar file the Priority file resides?

I do no tthink the Priority class is in the jxta package, it clearly belongs to log4j. You need to put the jar file (or the parent folder) that contains the Priority file in your classpath. The problem is not with jxta but with the log4j.

You are using the bouncycastle encryption. You need to put the jar file with the above class in the classpath. Can you tell me that classpath and the path of the bouncycastle jar file?
