Auto Update Component

Hi All,
Please forgive my ignorance on this subject... I am a networking engineer, not a programmer.  I am trying to help my development team find a good C# auto update component for our application.  We need something that will allow the client to check to see if it has the most recent version, and if it does not, go to an FTP site and download the recent executable, install it and restart the application.

I know this is somewhat vague, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
