Did you check permission on the directory? you need to add "Everyone" with read access to that directory.

ok the answer is that I need to give the user local logon to the server, in the other words I need to make a local account for whoever needs to access the FTP with a user name and password.

I am going to give the points of this question for trying to help me.

thanks man
