You'll have to provide some more info:

-- have you ever managed to export a working .swf from this .fla file?
-- are the embedded files part of the same fla, or linked externally?
-- if linked, are you providing the correct path?
-- do the embedded clips play correctly when tested individually?

and most importantly: can you provide a link to the .fla?

1)  YES
2)  SAME .FLA
3)  NOT LINKED
4)  YES

THE .FLA FILE IS 250 MB....NO LINK REALLY...I DO REALIZE THAT THE SHEAR SIZE OF THIS THING MIGHT BE A PROBLEM...

Hmm.. 250MB is kinda hefty.

More questions:
-- any chance that you have a backup of a recent working version?
-- if not, can you retrace your steps to the last time it worked
-- have you checked the debug window for undefined or missing objects and variables?

Anything in the output window? Start a process of elimination; this could be as simple as the difference between myClip.something or myclip.something. Do a search for mistyped variables, open quotes, ) } ] bracket use, etc.
