Windows IM audio conversation not working

I have Win XP Pro with connection coming into the house and going from cable modem to router to computers.  On one computer, I can use Windows IM for messaging but not for audio conversations.  I assume I have to set up my router to allow open ports, but I don't know how.  I have a Linksys BEFSR11 router.

Thanks,

Connie

I am not using ICS, I have only a hardware router as my firewall, no software firewall.  Also, is MSN Messenger the same as Windows Messenger?

Thanks...

It looks like a firmware update for the Linksys will fix this.
