What Free Software can I use to open an MPP file beside using Microsoft Project..?
coz I don't have a MS project..
and I just want to view the file..

You can get a completely free Project Viewer at KaDonk.

http://www.kadonk.com/freeprojectviewer.aspx

No trial or expiration date, opens all project 2000, 2003 and 2007 files, runs on windows 2000, XP, and Vista.
