I'm getting the following error when trying to access my OWA 2003 server:

500 Internal Server Error - The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted. (-2146893019)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server

The server manger also reports, "The server cannot find the specific path" for the Exchange web site in IIS. Is there any non reinstalltion solution to this problem?

Obtain the CA cert from the SBS2K3 server and install it in the ISA local machine store trusted root certs.
For more info, see Tom Schindler's excellent ISA site  http://www.isaserver.org
