Error while doing mail server backup

When i try to back up my company's e-mail server i get this error....

Warning: Unable to open
"d:\windows\SYSVOL\domain\DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_Preinstall_Directory" - skipped
Reason:  The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

If someone could tell why i cant do this and what this means that would be a tremendous help...Thanks
