Access 97 Disk or Network Error

I have a locally installed Access 97 database program. Running on windows XP.

Whenever I launch the application I get Disk or Network error.

This program in not on a server, and is not shared by any resource...


any ideas?

Does the database contain links to other databases? Have you tried opening it holding down Shift?

If none of this works, you might simply have a corrupt file...
