Mozilla Firefox Skins

Hi Experts! I feel like a noob but this is really weird way to install skins.

Anyway, I got a skin from http://www.customize.org. for Mosillz Firefox browser. When I unrar it, it just has a bunch of files and therew is nothing in the install diretctory about themes or skins. Here is the screenshot http://img37.exs.cx/img37/1861/mozilla.jpg

How do you install from that?

The .jar file contains the theme components, you don't extract it.

Forget about that customize.org site, if you go to the official site themes will install right from the web page and you can be sure of compatibility:
