Most times when I start up my Outlook 2002 SP3 application, these days I get a message saying 'The data file "Personal Folders" was not closed properly.'  Friends have told me it has to do with a Windows or Office Update which I faithfully perform when prompted.

I want to take advantage of the latest security and other features offered by MS, but not at this price.  Do you have a specific fix for this problem?
