anyone know phone system?

the phonesystem is similiar with the big company system ,

When incoming call arrived, phonesystem will answer with the default greeting "Welcome to ABC", "press 1 to Business, press 2 to Manager, press 3 to leave your msg, press 0 for Help, once the ppl press, the call will divert to correct person incharge

what should we call this system ? where can we get info ?

it's called an 'Auto Attendant' in most phone services.

we use the toshiba ctx system here... http://www.toshiba-phones.com/toshiba_ctx28.htm for small businesses
they have much better solutions for bigger business

you can call your local phone company for information, or any local telecom installer...search your local yellow pages and get a few quotes...definitely meet with these people as the systems can offer much more power than you may be aware
Yes it is called 'Auto Attendant'.  Most times however, this is a feature of the voicemail you select.
the voicemail system we use is called Captaris.   Located at http://www.captaris.com/ and it does have the auto attendant feature.
