if she prints an email that she received from someone that email prints everything. &nbsp;only if she replies to an email and then tries to print or if she replies then gets another reply does she have a problem where when she prints the &nbsp;email doesnt print last response. when she tries to open email in new window and clicks on file she can not click on print preview because it is not highlighted. thanks for the help!
