I am running Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2003.
We have a few mailboxes that are generic, Support and Marketing and Info that need to be monitored by multiple people. So far the process is manual, everyone has the mailbox open in their Outlook profile. ANd when some one replies the message goes to their personal sent mailbox folder and they manually have to drag it in the other one. There is no way of knowing who is replying and where the support request are at etc etc
My question is, can this be automated some how ?
Can the mailbox be montiored for who is replying and if a resolution has been completed etc etc ?
If there is a solution or any thoughts out there it would be a big help.
