Hi,

I keep knocking the very sensitive eject button on the cd drive of my laptop. Is there anyway of 'locking' the drive closed with software? I'm running XP Home.

Thanks,

Mark

Right idea, but win95 only. Thanks though.

Just found this though:

http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/Misc__Utilities/2002_CD_Eject_Download.html

works perfectly (though it is shareware so I may have to buy it!)

I'm going to accept the first answer because:

1) It would work (on 95)

2) It's only 50 points ;-)

3) It gave me an idea of what to search for myself.

4) I'm a nice kinda guy!

Thanks for taking time to answer.
