Mailwatch - MailScanner

Hello

I have a Fedore Core Yarrow Box EnsimPro 4.01 Installed.

I've installed Mailwatch by following the steps mentioned @

My question when ever I run my Mailwatch and goes to its main page in my server I got this error :-
"No rows retrieved. "

And when I click on Quarantine I got this error
Cannot open directory: /etc/MailScanner/rules/quarantine.rules

Although there is a file there

= When I click on Reports link - I got this error :-
Error: no rows retrieved from database

On the top of my main page in Mailwatch there is a link there called Outbound Que , and when I click on that I got
Message ID 'i7T3pgw0002278' not found! , that error comes whenver I click on any message list .

Please kindly help me solves above error.

Sounds like you missed your MailWatch setup a bit... Let me guess, you use the wrong perl-DBD-MySQL version, right? Nothing but version 2.1028 works, so if you have version >= 2.9 (as indeed is part of Fedora) you won't get the database logging... It'll init it for every message handled, but will never ever insert any rows.
This is _abundantly_ clear from the instructions you should've followed for installing MailWatch, namely the INSTALL file in the mailwatch 5.1 distribution (in the mailwatch directory after you unpackk it).
If you'd like to retain both the parl-DBD-MySQL bundled with the OS _and_ have a working copy for MailScanner/MailWatch, then you should read and heed http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=7096260

These types of errors with MailWatch is almost always due to wrong permissions/ownerships, but might either be a missconfig on your part (note that it should be trying to open the quarantine _directory_ /var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine, not some rules file... not unless you've got some pretty interresting config:-):-)
