The reports of version 8 can be seen with the 9?
Or I must install the CR8 to see them?

You can open version 8 reports with version 9, but if you save them while you have them open in version 9, you will never be able to open them in version 8 again.

If you intend to migrate your reports to version 9, than you have nothing to worry about.  I would make a backup of those version 8 reports before you start opening them up in 9 just in case.  If you don't, and you need to go back, you will have to rebuild them in CR 8.

Yes, the two version can live on the same server.  I would recommend installing version 8 first, and then version 9 second.
