Shadow Copy Error on web Server backup

In the backup log of my windows server 2003 web server i get this error message:

Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy: 800423f4

Does this affect my backup severely and how do i fix it?

Hi,

Do you have Shadow Copy enabled?? If not then don't bother bout this error message... Shadow Copy is used to make a back-up of files when the files are opened. It is also used to let users restore their own files...
