Hi There,

I have an excell Sheet, has 100 emails address.  Anyone know if there is a WAY where I can import this email list as Contacts in Exchange 2003?  Currenlty i'm doing NEW --> Contact --> Copy Name then enter his email as SMTP.

Thank you again for your times.

Ely.

You have to associate your email addresses to users.. if you have a simple address list with no username, you will have to do them one by one.. if the username is tagged with the address list, I guess you could use a script to associate the address with each user account..

let me look further into this.. Is your sheet a simple adress list, with nothing else?

If you got a text file with the username and email address, you could create a VBA script to do that.. unfortunaly, i'm not a script expert, So I can't tell you how to do it, only know it can be done.
