Outlook 2000 - SR-1  Mail handling rules dont work!

I setup two a mail handling rules - but it is not working!!!

Rule-1  
Apply this rule after the message arrives
from mjcrm@cingular.net
move it to the Sent Items Folder

Rule-2
Apply this rule after the message arrives
where myname is in the to box
forward it to mjcrm@cingular.net

Does your Outlook client connect to an Exchange server?

For rule #2
If you use MS Exchange Server -
You need to make sure that  "Automatic Replies to the Internet" option  isn't disabled ... I believe it is by default (for all versions of Exchange) ..
