opened possible infected mail

I opened and email i thought was someone i new. now when i try to open a web page on my pc i get a web address www.hot live girls.com  it takes over and i cant get rid of it. Advice?

Check for spywares and virus in the system

My recommendation would be to start with spybot ,ad-ware ,CWshredder and post the log from Hijackthis

After installing them, First Update them and then run
