Control next page printing

i have design page by fetching data from mysql and display all its record. Now i want that rat the end of report display a button and by pressing this button i want that 5 records print per page along with top page lines as header of each page. i.e. page break or form feed etc.

You need print-media CSS:

It's the only way you can get control of stuff like that within web pages.
