I am getting and error on bootup " ERROR LOADING EXPLORER.EXE, NEED TO RELOAD WINDOWS"

I am getting and error on bootup " ERROR LOADING EXPLORER.EXE, NEED TO RELOAD WINDOWS". I have tried every suggestion I could find on the internet/ microsoft sight. To no success. Please could someone look at my bootlog.txt to see if I have a virus or trojan loading that I can't see.
