I know IBM AS/400 is a midrange server from IBM... now a part of the iSeries. Does it have its own databse or the databse on AS/400 is a DB2 database?

thank you!

AS/400 doesn't include a database (though it could be part of the same purchase contract). The best database for that system would be DB2.
