How can I recover netscape 7 email on my macintosh, using virtual lab, where are they stored

I am not technically savy and new to Expert Exchange. I am hopeful you can assist me after a week of trying to do recovery of my netscape 7 inbox (only) email.

I recently upgraded from netscape 6 and imported my files into Net. 7. I have a Macintosh Ibook, running OS 9.  Last saturday, I accidently deleted over 1,000 emails, I thought I was deleting a sub-folder, but because of the size of my inbox it did not switch over to the other sub-folder and instead I deleted my inbox.  I was hoping the file I created from Net 6 would have the mail, but I guess once you import them they are gone.

I signed up for Virtual Lab recovery services and am trying to find the deleted email files.  What type of files should I be looking for?  I was able to find Eudora Mailboxes, would this contain my mails, is this where netscapce stores them for net 7?  I also found netscape icon papers with a name containing letters and numbers, are these the individual emails?  I know the emails are stored on my hard-drive, documents folder, profile, etc., etc.  What I am trying to figure out is if they are stored somewhere else as well, behind the scences. Any pointers or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!  I have been down all week from work and am now dealing with Hurrican Francis on top of it all.  No power, etc., etc.!  I guess you could say I am desperate!
Thanks in advance for your help!

Eudora Mailboxes are for the Eudora mail client. Not netscape. Netscape files with seemingly random names are cache files, not email databases.

Since it's been a week, and you have no backup, it's probably safe to say that your emails are gone. Look for a Mozilla or Netscape folder on your drive. Do a search to find them all. Inside will be all your data files. Highly unlikely that your mail will be in there because you deleted it from the HD and virtual memory has probably overwritten that space on the HD already.
